Children's Church
MorningStar has a children's ministry that meets on Sunday mornings during the service. We currently have two classes - one for three year olds through kindergarten, and another for first graders through fifth graders. We have a nursery for birth to two year olds. AWANA
AWANA – an acronym intending to remind us that: “Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed”, has been bringing the Truth of God’s Word to thousands and thousands of children. AWANA's is for ages 3 years old to 5th Grade students. Through AWANA's, we partner with parents to train kids to be Disciples of Jesus through Daily Quiet Times, & Scripture Memorization. AWANA's will be offered here each Wednesday of the school year, from 6:25 – 8 pm.
Each year we see children receive Christ as personal Savior, grow in love with Him and His Word, share their budding faith and “hide” hundreds upon hundreds of Bible verses in their hearts that they “may not sin against Him!!”
