Connect 101 - Our Class for New Members
First off, we cherish each and every one of our members here at MorningStar. It would be a great honor for you to join us as we strive to lead a community of people to what God has called us to do. We are all an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to this life that we live in Christ. When you become a member, we ask that you attend a new members class called "Connect 101". For those who want to know more about us before you join, you’re invited to attend as well.
This class is to explain who we are and how we do ministry. This class is designed primarily for adults and youth. Children 12 and under are required to complete “KNOW” for kids. (Call the office for more info on KNOW.)
We want to give you a head start on joining this community of believers, so we are providing the material of the class online. Here are the instructions:
1.) Download the workbook and answer key.
2.) Complete the workbook using your Bible and the answer key to assist you.
3.) Then complete the "Kingdom 101 Questionnaire".
4.) Sign the covenant.
5.) Fill out the personal information section.
6.) Email it to [email protected], mail it to the church or hand it to a staff member or elder.
Remember, you have to complete all steps (found on page 7 of questionnaire) and sign the covenant to complete the membership process. Thank you for visiting MorningStar!
